JESSIE'S BOOT CAMP

​Our group will be fun, dynamic and encouraging to all.  No matter your ability or fitness level, open to all who want to gain strength, stamina and energy.  We will focus on:
  • Strength training with weights, bands, and our own body weight
  • Cardio
  • Core focus
  • Fun!

A FITNESS COMMUNITY FOR EVERYONE

This boot camp is challenging for everyone at any age and at any fitness level. Hosted at various locations across Seattle, the change of scenery and weekly change of pace and exercises will stimulate your fitness growth and achievements.

What to Have

  • Phone/laptop/device & wifi
  • Yoga Mat 
  • 5lb - 15lb weights if you have them 
  • Bottle of water 
  • A great attitude! 

SCHEDULE & (Online App)*

Mondays & Fridays | 5:30AM - 6:30AM
  • Women-only 
  • 4-week sessions 
  • Live sessions via ZOOM app available on mobile device and desktop

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Co-Ed 
  • 2-week sessions
  • Live sessions via ZOOM app available on mobile device and desktop

Saturdays | 8:00AM - 9:00AM
  • Co-Ed
  • Ongoing sessions
  • Drop-in Available 
  • Live sessions via ZOOM app available on mobile device and desktop

*All classes will be held online until further notice either via ZOOM or BAND app(s). During non-COVID times, Boot Camp is originally held at various outdoor locations in Mt Baker neighborhood, Rainier, and Seattle Parks.

SIGN-UP & PAYMENT

Mondays & Wednesdays: 
  • $105 for 4 weeks 

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 
  • $52 for 2 weeks ​

Saturdays: 
  • $52 for 4 days (punch card)

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check when you arrive to class! Contact us with any questions.
