JESSIE'S BOOT CAMP

​Our group will be fun, dynamic and encouraging to all.  No matter your ability or fitness level, open to all who want to gain strength, stamina and energy.  We will focus on:
  • Strength training with weights, bands, and our own body weight
  • Cardio
  • Core focus
  • Fun!
​All classes will be held Virtually and LIVE until further notice on ZOOM. Select classes are also available ON-DEMAND for you to access on your own schedule via our online portal Namastream! When it is safe to do so, Boot Camp is originally held at various outdoor locations in Mt Baker neighborhood, Rainier, and Seattle Parks.

A FITNESS COMMUNITY FOR EVERYONE

Upon moving to Seattle several years ago, I was seeking an early morning, challenging workout and was excited about finding JFC’s boot camp. It was a fantastic way to kickstart my day and proved to be a great way to meet like-minded women focused on health and supporting one another. Jessica is amazing as she pushes us to be better and offers creative aerobic and strength workouts. Jessica pivoted to virtual during COVID and we are all  looking forward to getting back outdoors and up hills with the warmer weather.  I love “emptying my tank” during her 1-hour sessions. The value for the money is excellent. Highly recommend JFC.

Live & recorded sessions via NAMASTREAM available on mobile device and desktop. 

Mondays & Fridays: 
  • $150 for 4 weeks 
  • $1,450 for 12 months (includes 2 FREE months)
  • Women-only

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 
  • $150 for 4 weeks ​
  • $1,450 for 12 months (includes 2 FREE months)
  • Coed

​Saturdays: 
  • LIVE ONLY
  • $80 for 4 classes punch card
  • $140 for 8 classes (save 12.5%)
  • $180 for 12 classes (save 25%)
  • Coed
