Upon moving to Seattle several years ago, I was seeking an early morning, challenging workout and was excited about finding JFC’s boot camp. It was a fantastic way to kickstart my day and proved to be a great way to meet like-minded women focused on health and supporting one another. Jessica is amazing as she pushes us to be better and offers creative aerobic and strength workouts. Jessica pivoted to virtual during COVID and we are all looking forward to getting back outdoors and up hills with the warmer weather. I love “emptying my tank” during her 1-hour sessions. The value for the money is excellent. Highly recommend JFC.
